Day 1:
Your escape begins with a check-in to your private cabin, where you’ll have the afternoon to settle in, unpack, make yourself comfortable, and take in the winter landscape around you.
Once night falls, the adventure begins.
Around 10 PM, you’ll head outside for a nighttime trek beneath the Alaska sky in search of the Northern Lights. The lights are never guaranteed, but the experience doesn’t depend on them. You’ll have sledding, hot cocoa, and a campfire waiting beneath the stars—turning your first night into a true Alaska winter adventure.
DAY TWO — INTO THE WILD
Sleep in. Enjoy a slow morning in your cozy cabin. Make breakfast, sip your coffee, watch the snow outside, and take your time.
Then we’ll set out for the main adventure: an epic ride toward the frozen lake beneath Knik Glacier.
Once we arrive, we’ll explore the brilliant blue ice formations, frozen lake, and winter landscape that only exists for a short season. I’ll photograph your family as you explore, play, wander, and experience it together—not simply pose for photos.
You’ll have traction cleats/microspikes provided for walking across the ice, or bring your own ice skates if you’d rather glide across the frozen lake.

DAY ONE:
Your getaway begins with a quiet arrival at your private cabin. Stop by the local Fred Meyer and buy some drinks and dinner. Check in, settle in, pour a drink, make dinner, and let yourself disappear from everyday life for a little while.
Then, around 10 PM, you’ll venture into the winter night for a Northern Lights hunt.
Maybe the sky will dance.
Maybe it won’t.
Either way, you’ll experience Alaska after dark—sledding through the snow, warming up with hot cocoa around a campfire, and sharing a night that feels completely removed from the rest of the world.
DAY TWO — YOUR ALASKA ADVENTURE
Take the morning slowly.
Sleep in. Make coffee. Enjoy breakfast together. Cuddle in the cozy blankets for a while.
Then we’ll head out toward the frozen lake beneath Knik Glacier for your main adventure.
Explore brilliant blue ice formations, walk across the frozen landscape, and take in the mountains surrounding you while I document the two of you naturally throughout the experience.
Bring ice skates if you’d like to glide across the frozen lake; traction cleats/microspikes will also be provided. Add snow cover gear ($50 pp)
DAY THREE — ONE LAST MORNING
Wake up together surrounded by snow-covered Alaska, enjoy one last slow morning in your cabin, and check out.

Your wedding doesn’t have to happen in a ballroom.
It can begin in a cozy cabin beneath a blanket of snow. It can take you across a frozen lake surrounded by mountains. You can say your vows somewhere completely wild, celebrate around a fire, and end the night looking up at the Alaska sky.
DAY ONE — ARRIVE + BEGIN YOUR STORY
Check into your private cabin and settle in with your closest people.
That evening, You’ll head out around 10 PM for a Northern Lights hunt, complete with sledding, hot cocoa, and a campfire.
If the skies decide to put on a show, you’ll have the chance to experience one of Alaska’s most incredible natural phenomena together.
DAY TWO — YOUR ELOPEMENT
Enjoy the morning coziness of your cabin as you get ready, curl the hair, apply the mascara.
Then, we will share the first look on the property surrounded by the snow laden trees and white covered mountains. Then, we load up and head toward a frozen wonderland. We’ll explore the blue ice, frozen landscape, and surrounding mountains before finding the perfect place for your ceremony.
Then we’ll celebrate.
Ending your evening as you arrive back at your cabin with a hot dinner delivered to your cabin for you to enjoy as you warm up from your adventurous vows.
Your photography, flowers, officiant, cake/cupcakes, adventure, hot dinner and the meaningful little details are all woven into one unforgettable day.
And throughout it all, I’ll be there documenting the story as it actually happens.
DAY THREE — GOODBYE, FOR NOW
Wake up to your final morning in Alaska, enjoy the cabin one last time, and check out.
